These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jq101 ("jq101," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the jq101 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on jq101, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

jq101 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use jq101, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jq101 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jq101 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jq101 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on jq101. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control.
• A valid email address.
• Any other information required for identity verification or KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. jq101 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jq101 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jq101 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

You agree to use jq101 solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jq101 staff through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.

jq101 supports deposits and withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your jq101 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• jq101 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• jq101 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• jq101 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or holds.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms.

jq101 does not accept or process payments via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

jq101 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• jq101 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific rollover requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.

All games available on jq101 — including live casino, slots, bingo, virtual sports, and other categories — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of jq101's systems and cannot be influenced by jq101 or any player.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. jq101 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, jq101 will attempt to resolve the round using available game logs. If resolution is not possible, the wager may be refunded at jq101's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• jq101 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or placed in violation of these Terms.
• Game rules specific to each title are accessible within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

All content on the jq101 Platform — including but not limited to the jq101 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of jq101 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jq101.

jq101 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jq101 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

jq101 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings.

• Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting jq101 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be set for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• jq101 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to open a new account during the exclusion period.
• Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.
• For professional support, players may contact the relevant responsible gaming resources available in the Philippines.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jq101 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jq101 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jq101's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jq101 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jq101 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

jq101 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, jq101 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is established, any remaining balance (net of applicable fees and bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jq101 support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jq101 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations form part of the regulatory context within which these Terms operate.

jq101 may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. Where changes are material, jq101 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
